My vote's for repeat comments for attention equity. Not everyone blogs themselves and links out, so you get a better idea if people are paying attention to your stuff by the repeat comments and perhaps repeat stumbles/sphinns etc, and even mybloglog avatars appearing.

Subscribers is a nice ego boost but to be honest, a subscriber can appear to read a post when he/she just skipped it, it will still report as read - just shows the overall popularity of your blog, not necessarily attention/participation.

Lonond English, huh? lol. Yeah, voice recognition my ass. Those systems are terrible!

Net Sol ... what a bunch of goofs! By the way, it would be great if you linked to my post about them using network solutions and seo related anchor text ;)

Glad you like the domain tool idea. I'll have to check out your link.

And as to PPC, I was afraid about it too at first, but you learn... ;)

First off - thanks ;)
1. Get Human - I HATE and LOATHE automated phone services - I used an online bank that introduced voice recognition, the stupid thing wouldnt recognise what I was saying - and I know I speak clear and concise Lonond English!!!
2. Network solutions - that post caused me 15 thumb downs - and all we did was to raise some seriously valid points. I mean offering a package that encourages link exchange programmes?
3. Domain tool - thats a good idea, if you could code yourself - me - nada code ability. BUT - I do manually keep an eye on my major keywords and domain movements related to them - I use instant domain search (instantdomainsearch.com)- wish they would introduce a .co.uk version...
4. PPC - you would be amazed at the number of companies that have this issue - its like they switch their PPC on and dont look back... BUT a lot of the responsibility lies on those firms providing those PPC services - especially if their clients are small scale and have no clue about online marketing. Most of these wouldnt click on their own ads cause they are scared of incurring costs.
