		<description>I agree with you that directories are largely wasted time, David. I think that viral content would help a lot too. But certain directories like Yahoo, BOTW, Business.com (also a B2B search engine) are worthwhile.</description>

		<description>When I first got into making websites I submitted to 101 directories only to be listed in a handful. In my opinion they are a complete waste of time. If you have a lot of money to spend and are targeting a mild keyword you could use paid directories to get your site ranked, but you would probably be better off with some viral content.</description>
