Buy Links Discretely – On(e) Principle

Ugly ads suck - swap em for text link adsAttribution License by Stuart Frisby Identify link patterns. Look around a niche and ask:

  1. Who is linking out?
  2. Who is obtaining links?
  3. Why are links being given?
  4. What ads exist here (all types, not just text link ads)?
  5. What goals do the advertisers have?
  6. What targeting are these ads using? (See also how link buying is evolving to be demographically driven.)

Duplicate the patterns, but involve money.

I shared this idea in different words at Affiliate Summit East in NYC recently. I look forward to seeing what people do with it! If you liked this post, add my RSS feed to your reader!
