I doubt it, but if it does, Google needs to start sending out lobbyists to push their agenda. Think of the promises Google could make. They can keep their nose clean and not make any under the table contributions; instead, when a prominent politician is on the fence, the conversation would go something like this: "If this bill gets voted off, we will rank you #1 for ANY TERM you want. Get that? Any site you choose can rank for whatever you want, no questions ask." Now that would be power. :) I wonder if this has any legs.
