We’re here in Vienna, with considerable costs split up in EUR (employees, office) and USD (domains, US hosting, links, etc…)

We therefore switched to charging based on our own expenses… so our work is being charged in EUR and the rest in USD…

However this doesn’t solve the problem that clients in .CA or .AU have currently with us. Especially the AUD dropped 50% against the USD, so those clients paying us in USD now complain and tend to want compensation for their currency and buying power dropping.

As you can imagine I cannot do that, and so that means loss in business from AU ultimately…
