Gabe,

The first post that I saw, and enjoyed, was the one containing the book offer; I discovered your site using the StumbleUpon browser.

Like:
The color scheme, very gentle on the eyes and not too "busy". I also enjoy the large font. My vision is fine but appreciate not having to over-focus my eyes on the screen and taking in more of the brightness than my cornea's probably would care for.

Dislike:
The long category side bar. Maybe shrink it down by converting it to a drop-down menu?

Nothing has hit my inbox yet but I'm not too concerned about receiving anything..a response to my posting more than suffices : )

Bookmarking your site..as I move forward with my new business next year I'll need all the help I can get!

Thanks,
Kevin

Great advice on the quotations, Glen! In my defense, the context was a link to this site from Aaron, but sure, I'll have to find better feedback.

The font is large for older readers to be able to read it comfortably, too.

Regarding right/left nav, it's something I'd have to test. I can't say that intuitively one is more logical than the other, imho.

Much appreciated!

Any other feedback, folks?

To be honest, I don't have a favourite post. I think your best article was your long link building post for SEJ.

In terms of design, I think you could make a lot of improvements. Maybe you don't like my style though so take this with a pinch of salt.

1. The font is HUGE. Taking it down a few points in your blog posts would make things look a lot better in my opinion.

2. I prefer sites that have right hand side navigation. I know this is more than just a blog and that is a big change, but you did ask for suggestions.

3. I think the quotes on the top left of your site are a little strange. It's good to have been mentioned by people like Aaron, but "worth sharing" isn't exactly the greatest remark. Maybe you could just say my work was praised by SEO pro's like Aaron Wall and Rand Fishkin.

4. A top posts section would be sweet. That's something I'm working on myself.

I hope that helps
