How SEO ROI Services is Different and Better

Author: Gabriel Goldenberg, September 16, 2007

First, my expertise and skills are growing daily as I read, write and practice search marketing. Second, the service I provide to clients is efficient and turnkey, making things easy for you. Third, my integrative approach to SEO offers a better return on investment.

Premium SEO Expertise and Skill

I’ve spoken at Search Marketing Expo (SMX) West and SMX Advanced, earned extensive coverage in the media and written for numerous websites. I’ve received unsolicited job offers from such companies as Microsoft and worked for Internet Retailer 500 members like Ice.com.

There’s more to being an expert than just talking, however. You need to listen too! In an effort to continually educate myself on the industry’s latest news and trends, I spend a minimum 20 hours a week reading blogs, forums, books (Web Design 4 ROI, The Influentials, Aaron Wall’s SEO Book, Andrew Goodman’s Winning Results With Google Adwords, Sitepoint’s Usability Kit and others)… That’s why I chose the Bookworm-SEO pen-name! If you’re interested, you can see a sample of my reading list.

Golden Customer Service

Customer service is, to me, about following the Golden Rule: I treat my clients as I’d like them to treat me (this also goes for my suppliers).

Concretely, that means I reply to emails within two business days and often on the same day. The faster things progress, the less time is wasted and the sooner your site can be attracting traffic and earning you leads and sales - that’s efficient!

It means that I take the time to talk to you and find out what you want before I suggest how we can achieve it. You can expect me to ask what your goals are, how your business works and whatever questions will help me to determine what your needs truly are. I wouldn’t offer Local SEO services to you if you were an internet retailer with no offline presence, for example. I get you involved.

And of course, I treat my customers with respect. For instance, if you’re not familiar with some technical process, I’ll explain it patiently. The foundation of a successful business is good relationships, and the foundation of good relationships is respect.

Integrative Search Marketing

To generate a return on investment from SEO takes more than just rankings.

It takes rankings for your most profitable keywords, which is why a search engine marketing (MSN AdCenter, Yahoo Search Marketing, Google AdWords) campaign will be a part of any search engine optimization campaign where keyword research and selection is required. The idea is to use the search results’ sponsored listings to find out what keywords make you the most money before trying to rank in the unsponsored search results. That’s because  ads  in the sponsored results can be placed in  a day, while ranking in the organic results takes months!

It takes copywriting skills as well. What good is it to have people visiting your site if you can’t convince them that your product or service is the best suited to their needs? Why boast about your XYZ functionality if customers don’t know that XYZ saves them 50% of their annual distribution costs? Potential customers aren’t product experts. So it’s up to you to explain to them why your product is ideal for them. I can communicate that ideal fit.

Beyond this it takes domaining, design, usability, branding and marketing knowledge in general. The site needs to work, the buy button has to be obvious and so on. Again, my experience comes in handy here.

By integrating all these different elements, my SEO services provide you with the greatest return on investment possible.

Testimonials

"As someone with a strong understanding of advanced SEO techniques, I wasn't sure if an SEO consultation was something that I needed; however, I knew from Gab's articles that if I did, he was the person to go to.
Working with Gab reaffirmed that belief.
Gab did some link building work with me and also spent some time doing a phone consultation. He was the perfect sounding board for some of the big ideas that I've been planning on implementing, and he also introduced me to some concepts that I'm excited about trying. It's very obvious that Gab has a passion for SEO, and he's constantly working to not only be one of the most knowledgeable people in the industry, but also to push the limits of the field by testing new ideas.
He was a pleasure to work with, and I'd recommend him to business owners with all levels of SEO needs."
